We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of cases while working closely with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of subrogation and general litigation matters from inception through resolution, including product liability and large-loss property cases
• Appear in numerous court hearings for all stages of litigation
• Conduct strategic case management and settlement negotiations
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
• Maintain accurate case files and meet all court deadlines
• Supervise select office staff

Requirements:

• A J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota
• 1 year of litigation experience as an Associate Attorney
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• An Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
