Field Marketing Representative (Door-to-Door) – Part-Time for College Students | Hourly Bonuses

Schedule:
- Part-time: ~15–20 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
- Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods
- Talk to homeowners and offer free painting estimates
- Collect basic information from interested homeowners
- Set appointments for our sales team
Pay Structure:
- $12/hour base pay
- $5 per qualified lead
- Bonus when a job is booked from your lead
- Higher pay and bonuses available for candidates with prior sales or door-to-door experience
