Duties
- Lead guests through axe throwing activities, demonstrating proper technique and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Provide enthusiastic coaching and personalized tips to enhance guests’ skills and confidence.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of axe throwing lanes, maintaining equipment safety and cleanliness.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain a positive atmosphere throughout the venue.
- Assist with event management for group bookings, parties, and special events to deliver seamless experiences.
- Enforce safety rules rigorously while fostering an energetic and welcoming environment that encourages fun.
Requirements
- Prior experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to ensure all visitors feel valued and engaged.
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Working with children or in recreational settings such as resorts or theaters is advantageous.
- Confident public speaking skills to instruct groups clearly and engagingly.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 - $27.89 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
