What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Yorktowne Property Management?
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning and general maintenance on rental units and building structures.
- Collaborate with Property manager and other staff members to ensure the overall upkeep and maintenance of the properties.

Drivers License:
- Must be valid & free of major infractions
- Must be approved by our insurance company in order to drive our vehicles.
