Job Description
Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified On-Site Team Lead to support the U.S. Army’s Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G-3 mission at Fort Benning, GA. The G-3 organization encompasses multi-functional services, with numerous locations across Fort Benning. Critical G-3 functions include:
- Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings
- Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System.
- Other Support: Strategic Analysis
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the performance of the work and serve as a corporate-level point of contact.
- Shall have full authority to act for the company on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
- Shall be available on site, between 0800 and 1700, Monday through Friday.
- Provide management and supervision of contractor support to the following tasks:
- Air Operations Planning
- Strategic Analysis
- Tenant Central Tasking Office (CTO) & Tasking Operations Orders (OPORDS)
- Ceremonies/Events Scheduling
- Staff Inspection Program (SIP) Scheduling
- Long Range Planning Calendar (LRPC) Coordination
- Army Training Requirements and Resources (ATRRS) Administration
