Yorktown Manor is seeking a Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Yorktown, IN. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
Follow all Housekeeping procedures and protocols
Place soiled linen (facility or resident personal linen) in the washing machine
Fold or hang resident's personal linen; transport and distribute to residents’ rooms
Hang clothes in closets and place items in drawers
Assist with other cleaning and organizing duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields preferred
Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
Must be 18 years or older
