Full Stack Engineer – Contract (Hybrid)
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Duration: Through May 31, 2026 - potential to extend
Rate: $50–$85/hr W2
About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support the build and rollout of new services and infrastructure that enable teams to explore and act on emerging trend data. In this role, you will develop modern, scalable applications that connect users with meaningful insights to support faster, more informed decision-making. This position is highly collaborative, working closely with cross-functional partners to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance full-stack applications that support trend-driven product development.
- Develop user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build backend APIs and services using Python, GraphQL, and containerized environments.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and Opensearch.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to design, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
- Contribute to interactive applications, including data visualizations and chat-based interfaces.
- Ensure application performance, maintainability, and scalability across the stack.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of relevant industry experience in full-stack development.
- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems.
- Strong experience with Python and backend service development.
- Proficiency with GraphQL and containerized application environments.
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Opensearch).
- Experience building interactive, user-facing applications.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative Agile engineering environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Familiarity with vector databases and Python dependency management (Poetry).
- Experience developing chat-based or highly interactive user interfaces.
