ServiceNow Developer

The ideal candidate will possess strong ServiceNow development skills, experience with integrations and workflow automation, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
? Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions to support project requirements.
? Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, record producers, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
? Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
? Collaborate with architects and governance teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
? Perform unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.
? Create and maintain technical documentation.
? Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions.
? Support deployment activities and transition completed solutions to operational support teams.
? Ensure adherence to platform governance, security, and development standards.
Required Qualifications
? 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
? Strong knowledge of:
o Service Catalog
o Flow Designer
o IntegrationHub
o Business Rules
o Client Scripts
o UI Policies
o Script Includes
o REST/SOAP Integrations
? Experience developing scoped applications and platform workflows.
? Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
? ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
? ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
? Experience with ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and IntegrationHub.
? Experience supporting large enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
? Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
