This is a full-time remote position for a Service Technician at York Security Solutions, LLC. The Service Technician will handle the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional field service to clients, performing system diagnostics, and ensuring that all security equipment is operating efficiently.
- Strong skills in Maintenance and Repair of security systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Experience in providing Field Service and on-site technical support
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Understanding of best practices in system installation and maintenance
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
- Relevant certifications in security systems or related fields are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an advantage
