Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment effectively for various surfaces like floors, carpets, and countertops.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Read and follow directions on the Zenmaid app to ensure all areas are cleaned correctly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. (1-2 years required)
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment & cleaning solutions.
- Valid Drivers license and reliable car.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Must be willing to occasionally work in the evenings.
