Commercial Roofer – Service & Repair Foreman
Full-Time | Locally Owned Commercial Roofing Company
A locally owned and operated commercial roofing company looking for an experienced and dependable Service & Repair Foreman. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, a team player, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and train the service crew.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Ensure all work meets safety, service, and quality standards.
- Perform repairs requiring bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting 50 lbs.
- Climb ladders up to at least 25 feet.
Requirements:
- Valid state driver’s license (good standing)
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Required Experience:
Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including:
- TPO
- PVC
- Modified Bitumen
- Built-Up Roofing
- Roof Coatings
Commercial Roofing Foreman experience: Minimum 2 years
