Base Pay:
Competitive rates based on experience up to $24.50

Shift Differentials:
- 3 PM–11 PM : Extra $1.50/hour
All shifts include working every other weekend.
No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3.00/hour on top of your base pay.

Responsibilities for CNAs:
- Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff
- Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens
- Provide health and supportive services to ensure ll resident needs are met
Qualifications for CNAs:
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of Virginia
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once
