Responsibilities:
We believe that being a successful team member is a true craft, built on the foundations of good relationships, communication skills, and character. Our team members convey a passion for our dealership, team, customers, and our products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer/address phone calls, emails, and in-person customers’ concerns with highest level of customer service available
- Assist Office Manager with various clerical and accounting duties as needed
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
- Receive cash, check, and credit card payments from customers and record transactions
- Handle complaints with professionalism and integrity
- Refer complaints to the appropriate manager if necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist/office experience desired/preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and computer literacy are required.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team members, management, etc.
