York Chevrolet, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales for our dealerships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and sales skills who are looking to build a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

    Generate new leads through various channels, including online inquiries, phone calls, and networking.

    Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

    Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.

    Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

    Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve dealership goals.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.


Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.   

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
