Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily detailing operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate detailing staff
• Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards
• Schedule workflow and maintain productivity goals
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
• Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
• Previous automotive detailing experience
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
