We are seeking a Human Resources/Recruitment Assistant to join our committed staff and coordinate onboarding activites of new hires.

Responsibilities
- Record employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluation, and termination date/reason
- Process employment applications and assists in other employment activities
- Update employee files to prepare for orientation
- Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
- Enters data in HRIS system
- Scanning and filing employee documents
- Assist in recruitment, employee engagment, and retention activities
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of confidentiality of personnel information required for this positin
- Possess effective team problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with filing, organizing, using a printer/scanner/ fax, using computers, and Microsoft and Google applications
Interviews will be held Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm.
