Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a lawn care crew each day
- Perform mowing, fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, mulch installation, shrub trimming, and seasonal cleanups
- Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns when needed
- Help train and mentor team members
- Manage daily routes and job completion
- Monitor equipment condition and perform routine maintenance checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Lawn care or landscaping experience required
- Previous crew leader or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and make good decisions independently
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, spreaders, sprayers, and other landscape equipment
- Indiana pesticide applicator license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
