You will lead by example- working alongside your crew while ensuring quality control, production efficiency, and safety standards.
Your are responsible for the job site execution and crew performance!
- Responsibilities
- Lead daily install operations
- Install insulation and air sealing materials
- Ensure jobs follow scope precisely
- Maintain safety compliance
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate with office on job status
- Complete job documentation and photos
- Maintain equipment and vehicle standards
Experience
- Insulation or construction experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces
- Valid driver's license
