What You'll Do
You'll use your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using the nursing process
Provide hands-on care, including medication administration, IV therapy, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and other treatments
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed
Educate and support patients and significant others (SO) throughout hospitalization and discharge planning
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams during rounds and treatment planning
Document care accurately through written and electronic records
Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to team members based on patient needs and shift demands
What You Need
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Nebraska RN license
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Strong communication skills, flexibility, empathy, and attention to detail
