Leadership Opportunity: Grow your skills as you supervise and mentor staff while making a real impact on resident care.

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in Memory Support, including medication administration, treatments, and thorough documentation.

Monitor and identify changes in residents’ conditions—medical, physical, behavioral, and emotional—and communicate with families and the care team.

Support and supervise Medication Aides, CNAs, and other staff, leading by example and offering education and guidance.

Collaborate with activity, social work, therapy, dietary, and other departments to enhance quality of life for residents.

Serve as a trusted partner to families, helping them navigate care with empathy and professionalism

Current Nebraska LPN or RN license (or ability to obtain).

Certification in BLS.

Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and sound judgment.

A genuine interest in caring for older adults—especially those with memory support needs.
