What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with:
- Dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and repositioning
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Ensure residents remain hydrated with snacks, fluids, and supplements
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation, including:
- Intake/output
- Food consumption
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
What You Need
- A genuine interest in caregiving and supporting the elderly
- Completion of a 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training Course
- Active CNA certification with Nebraska Health & Human Services
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Experience in memory care preferred (but not required)
