• Oversee the strategy, direction, and performance of all IS initiatives across the organization.

• Keep York General at the forefront of healthcare technology by identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering collaboration with clinical departments and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage cybersecurity frameworks and data integrity to safeguard sensitive health information.

• Direct IS budget planning, vendor negotiations, and cost control efforts.

• Support medical staff and organizational leadership by aligning information systems with clinical and operational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required (or 4 years of IS management experience in lieu of a degree).

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in IS management, preferably within a healthcare environment.

Expert knowledge in EMR systems, information security, server infrastructure, and emerging IT trends.

Strong decision-making, project management, and mentoring skills.

Ability to work on-site full time in York, Nebraska.
