Ready-Mix Logistics and Batching Coordinator

Own the rhythm of every pourPicture your day starting with a live view of orders, plant status, traffic, and weather. You prioritize pours by mix design and delivery window, assign the right trucks, then bring batches online with precision. As conditions shift on site or on the road, you adjust the plan, keep customers informed, and keep production flowing—safely and on time.What you’ll drive day-to-dayBuild and manage the daily delivery plan: sequence jobs by location, production capacity, and required delivery times.Operate and monitor the batching system to produce accurate mix designs and quantities for every ticket.Coordinate in real time with plant operators, drivers, sales, and customers; adapt schedules as needs change.Track orders, tickets, loads, and deliveries within dispatch/batching software for full visibility.Proactively communicate ETAs, delays, and plan changes to internal teams and customers.Uphold safety, quality control standards, and company procedures across dispatch and batching activities.Monitor truck availability, cycle times, and job site conditions to optimize turns and service.Troubleshoot production or delivery issues quickly and professionally to minimize downtime.Maintain complete and accurate records of loads, tickets, and production reports.What you bringHands-on experience as a Ready-Mix Dispatcher, Batcher, or closely related role.Working knowledge of concrete batching systems and mix design fundamentals.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive operation.Clear, confident communication and a customer-first mindset.Sound judgment to prioritize orders and make live scheduling decisions.Proficiency with dispatch/batching platforms (e.g., Command Alkon, Jonel, or similar).Solid computer literacy and accurate data entry.Tools of the tradeDispatch and batching software (Command Alkon, Jonel, or comparable), standard office tools, and plant controls for batching operations.If you thrive at the intersection of logistics and production—and you love turning a complex schedule into a smooth day’s work—this role is for you.

Salary : $25 - $27
