Role Overview

Join a manufacturing team where precision and reliability matter. As a Precision Punch Press Production Technician, you’ll operate punch press equipment to produce quality parts to spec. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for someone who enjoys hands-on work and learning on the job.

A Day in the Life

• Run punch press machines safely and efficiently, following established production procedures.
• Load raw materials and remove finished parts with care and consistency.
• Check parts against measurements and visual standards to confirm accuracy and detect defects.
• Interpret work orders, simple diagrams, and written instructions to complete tasks.
• Record production data and keep your workstation organized and clean.
• Assist with basic machine setups and minor adjustments (training provided).
• Flag mechanical issues or safety concerns to your supervisor promptly.

What You Bring

• Minimum 6 months of machine operating experience; prior manufacturing exposure is a plus.
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow written directions.
• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and lifting 30–50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, a learning mindset, and dependable work habits.
• Safety-first attitude.
