Outbound Shipping Forklift Operator -- Reach Truck & Order Picker

At our Fancho Cucamonga, CA facility, you kick off by inspecting your equipment — stand-up reach, cherry picker, sit-down forklift, and electric pallet jack — so everything runs safely and smoothly. With a pick list in hand, you navigate aisles, pull product, package it to spec, label it precisely, and finalize shipping documents. You’ll coordinate carrier pickups, confirm delivery details, and keep inventory counts accurate. When something doesn’t add up, you help troubleshoot discrepancies and partner with the team to improve how we move goods out the door.

• Prepare and package outbound orders following company standards and guidelines.
• Create accurate labels and complete all required shipping paperwork.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock control activities.
• Check inbound and outbound shipments for quality and count accuracy.
• Investigate and help resolve shipping issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and boost throughput.

• High school diploma or equivalent; extra coursework in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• At least 1 year of recent, hands-on experience operating stand-up reach, cherry picker (order picker), sit-down forklift, and an electric pallet jack.
• Background in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy, even when things get busy.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfort with shipping software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
