Maintenance Technician

Our facility is looking for a talented Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping machines humming, buildings looking sharp, and production running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where your skills actually matter. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, improve equipment, and help us stay safe, efficient, and operation-ready every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep production equipment performing at its best with preventative & corrective maintenance

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues like a pro

• Help install and launch new machinery (aka: the fun tech stuff)

• Maintain facility operations: repairs, painting, 6S, general upkeep

• Keep workspaces organized and safe — no chaos here

• Support production during downtime and respond quickly to urgent fixes

• Manage waste and recycling systems

• Document repairs and communicate needs clearly with the team

• Champion safety and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED

• 2 years experience in maintenance within a facility or manufacturing environment

• Comfortable working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• A natural problem-solver who enjoys independent work

• Able to read manuals and follow safety guidelines

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Willingness to support occasional off-hours needs

Tools You’ll Work With

• Power tools (electric & pneumatic)

• Hand tools

• Ladders, lifting equipment, and PPE

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Facilities Maintenance Experience
• HVAC Maintenance
• Maintenance and Repair Skills
• Lift Truck Repair & Maintenance

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
• Conveyor Systems

Salary info:

$20 - $26 / hr
