Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and audits.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide insights on stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory requests and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering supplies as needed.
- Implement and uphold inventory management best practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience as an inventory clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
