Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards.
- Label packages accurately and ensure all shipping documents are completed.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to improve shipping processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using shipping software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
