What you will do

• Assemble parts and subassemblies according to documented procedures and guidelines.
• Operate hand tools and basic machines safely and correctly.
• Inspect completed work for dimensional accuracy, function, and finish.
• Interpret instructions and diagrams to confirm proper fit and performance.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Assist with routine maintenance of tools and general workspace needs.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, not a must.
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Solid manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and prioritize safety.
