Electronic Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies according to production guidelines.

• Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely and effectively.

• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.

• Follow assembly instructions and diagrams to ensure proper fit and function.

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.

• Meet or exceed daily production targets.

• Assist with general maintenance of tools and work areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and stay safety-conscious.
