What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Basketball Program (Gym Supervisor) position at York County, VA?
Responsible for interacting with patrons of the programs and solving routine on-site problems that may occur. Responsible for supervision of scorers, timers, and referees. Responsible for gym setup and cleanup, provides appropriate equipment to teams at practices/games, and enforces rules and regulations of the program.
Minimum Qualifications
Positions available with York County Parks and Recreation Youth Basketball Program. Program runs December through March on Monday - Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Must be 16 years of age or older. Must be friendly, courteous, cooperative, and flexible. There will be training for all positions. Hourly rate depends on position.
Supplemental Information
Requires an acceptable criminal background check if 18 or older.
