Pay Rate: $9.00/hour I Hours: 12-17 hours per week I Schedule: Option A or B: Option A: Monday 10:00-4:15, Wednesday 10:00-4:15, every other Friday 11:45-4:15, 1 Sat/month 8:45-1:00 or Option B: Tuesday 3:00-8:15, Thursday 2:00-6:15, every other Friday 11:45-4:15, 1 Sat/month 8:45-1:00 I Location: Collinsville Community Library I Supervisor: Library Manager

General Description

The Library Assistant serves a diverse population of members in using library resources. Assistance is given to members in person, via phone, and via email. These resources include, but are not limited to: printed materials, digital media, online databases, internet searches, faxing, copying, and printing. The Library Assistant will also assist in the day-to-day functions of the library ? checking in/out materials, shelving books, opening/closing duties, creating/updating member records, inter-library loans (ILL) and item record management (IRM), etc.
