Projected Hiring Range/Pay Grade 109: $18.69 - $22.42 per hour. Salary is determined based on qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs general grounds maintenance work, including but not limited to installing landscape materials, mowing grass, bushhogging, planting, tree and shrub maintenance, removing debris.
- Performs general maintenance of Park facilities, including, but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, carpentry work, painting and preventive maintenance.
- Performs routine custodial work, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, removing trash, stocking restroom supplies.
- Prepares Parks for community or special events, including set-up, tear down, and support during the event. May work afterhours and weekends.
- Opens and closes Park entrances as needed.
- Performs multiple levels of construction that includes carpentry work, masonry, drywall, painting.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- High School Graduation or GED equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience in a skilled or unskilled trade, construction, facility maintenance or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Certification in Aerial Boom lift (man lift) preferred.
- Forklift Certification preferred.
Applicants with equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.
Physical Demands:Physical demands refer to the requirements for physical exertion and coordination of limb and body movement.
- Performs medium work that involves walking, standing, stooping, jumping, stretching, or lifting all of the time and also involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or exceptional skill, adeptness and speed in the use of the fingers, hands or limbs in tasks involving very close tolerances or limits of accuracy.
