Mobility Manager
Full Time – 40 Hours/Week; 52 Weeks/Year
York County Community Transportation is seeking a dynamic and community-focused Mobility Manager to lead the development and implementation of a regional Mobility Management Hub in York County. This role is central to improving transportation access for historically and currently underserved communities, coordinating funding sources, and fostering collaboration among transportation stakeholders.
Applicants must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to lead virtual public presentations and facilitate group discussions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital platforms and mobile-friendly websites are required. As well as analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Must have knowledge of ADA, FTA regulations, and coordinated human services transportation planning. A bachelor’s degree in transportation planning, urban planning, public administration, social work, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation coordination, human services, or community planning.
