- Coordinates and conducts professional development for the staff (K-12) in the STEAM Academy program on project-based learning
- Builds Collaborative relationships between the community and the STEAM program K-12
- Arranges and conducts the quarterly Business Advisory Council meetings
- Serves as the liaison between the K-8 and the 9-12 STEAM program
- Assists teachers on a one-on-one basis and/or in small groups with the design of instructional activities that focus on project-based learning
- Shares resources regarding innovative ideas
- Supports the building principal in the STEAM initiative
