What You'll Do

As a Production Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality concrete masonry products while helping keep our operation running safely and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating, setting up, and adjusting production and packaging equipment from kiln to finished product.
• Assisting throughout the concrete masonry manufacturing process.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
• Troubleshooting equipment and performing basic preventative maintenance.
• Operating a forklift (experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate).
• Palletizing and preparing products for inventory.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicating with supervisors and teammates to keep production running smoothly.
• Supporting production goals while maintaining our commitment to safety and quality.

• Forklift experience is a plus—but not required!

Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on position that includes:

• Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Operating production equipment and heavy machinery.
• Walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and staying on the move throughout your shift.
