York CDJR of Brazil has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Automotive Junior Service Advisor to join our growing service department in Brazil, Indiana!
The purpose of a Junior Service Advisor is to build a bench by raising future Advisors for our Dealer Group.
Job Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to answering phones, setting appointments, writing Express and Repair R.O.’s when necessary, upselling maintenance when applicable utilizing the quick sell menu, cashing guests out and performing the active delivery as written in the Active Delivery Process. Checking in and out loaner vehicles, completing the rental agreements within the TSD system and performing walk arounds. Calling on fleet and extended warranty repairs with the guidance and assistance of an Advisor. Shuttle guests and or, parts when necessary. Perform service lot door lock/window checks nightly before leaving. Cleaning of service lane floors, empty trash, and other cleaning duties as needed. Calling on recall campaigns and expiring CPM lists. Complete necessary job and manufacturer required training. As an hourly non-exempt team member, Junior Advisors can be asked to perform duties possibly outside of the above description.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good communication skills
- Eager to grow and learn necessary skills to become a full Service Advisor
A Junior Advisor is an hourly non-exempt position and is limited to 40 hours per week or less, and not to exceed 40 hours without manager approval.
