Job Summary

As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, routine vehicle maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance services and filter replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Diagnose basic automotive issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Assist in inventory management of automotive supplies and parts.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred, particularly within a dealership setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
