This role supports customer service, sales operations, and inventory management by maintaining accurate item and vendor data, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Responsibilities include preparing quotes and documentation, generating inventory and purchase order reports, managing routing and shipping requirements, resolving chargebacks and deductions, and providing customers with pricing and product support. The position also assists with inventory planning, trade show preparation, and product analysis to support overall business operations and customer satisfaction.· Maintain and update item master data, including costing, factory information, and product dimensions.· Interface with key vendors, suppliers, and the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.· Collaborate with Sales and Contract Manufacturing to proactively manage inventory, including excess inventory and backorders.· Attend and assist with trade show preparation and participation, including booth setup, display organization, and support materials.· Generate inventory and factory purchase order reports for the Sales team and CEO as requested.· Complete quote sheets, order forms, and related documentation accurately and in a timely.· Organize and manage customer routing requirements with suppliers to ensure smooth shipping processes.· Perform quantitative analysis related to pricing, UPCs, SKUs, and product productivity.· Complete vendor information forms and item paperwork as required by customers.· Resolve deduction claims, chargebacks, and shipping-related issues.· Provide customers with quotes, pricing, product information, and follow-up support..· Resolve detective claims, chargebacks, and all shipping-related issues.· Provide our customers with quotes, pricing, and more product information, and follow-ups.· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.· 3 years of experience in the plush toy industry (preferred).· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).· Prior experience in Sales Support or administrative roles.· Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred).· Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.· Experience with EDI portals, including GSI and SPS platforms.· Strong attention to detail with a positive, team-oriented attitude.Company DescriptionYoonique, LLC is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in the design, production,and distribution of plush toys and novelty gifts.
