Responsibilities
- Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Assist in preparing construction documents, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
- Monitor project costs and assist with budget control
- Review and evaluate subcontractor invoices
- Identify project risks and support development of mitigation strategies
- Assist in resolving construction-related conflicts and field issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or construction management
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Proven ability to work effectively within a project team
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
