Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
- Support banquet operations by keeping service areas stocked with necessary items.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods.
