Job Description
- Teaching & Student Support
- Deliver main classes following the standardized curriculum with engaging and effective methods.
- Conduct supplementary classes (offline & online) to reinforce and extend student learning.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring, addressing individual needs and tracking progress.
- Testing & Assessment
- Administer and evaluate Placement Tests to assign students to appropriate levels.
- Conduct academic consultation for parents/ students after the Placement test
- Conduct face-to-face or online Midterm & Final speaking test to assess learning outcomes
- Grade Writing and Speaking on LMS
- Conduct Retests & Make-up Tests when required
- Academic Management
- Teaching Assistants: Recruit, supervise, coach, guide and manage TAs to ensure effective classroom support and policy compliance.
- Tutors: Oversee tutoring sessions, ensuring quality and alignment with academic goals.
- Other Responsibilities
- Attend Center Weekly Meetings to align with branch operations and priorities.
- Participate in Academic Advisor Meetings for training, sharing, and best practice updates.
- Support Center Events (academic workshops, student activities, ceremonies) as assigned.
- Performing miscellaneous professional duties as assigned by the ACA team
- Compose model lesson plans
- Assist and execute programs
- Plan and work on extracurricular activities such as clubs, academic contests, etc. at YOLA
- Support Marketing Department and be available to host events related to ACA department
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by Head Teacher/Academic Director.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- English proficiency certificate (IELTS 7.5 )
- Teaching qualification/license/certification (CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or equivalent) if graduating from other majors.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Have more than six-month-experience in teaching IELTS, SAT, TOEFL and/or General English.
- Have confident communication skills, Possess critical thinking skills, Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve desired goals

- 3PM - 9PM (Mon - Fri)
- 8AM - 5PM (Sat - Sun)
