We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our team and grow revenue at YOL Juice Market — a 100% plant-based smoothie and juice bar serving fresh, vibrant meals and drinks that make healthy living easy and fun.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven restaurant or café management experience
- Strong sales and marketing skills focused on increasing revenue
- Experience managing and creating social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and staff performance
- Develop and implement sales-boosting promotions
- Manage social media engagement and community outreach
- Ensure top-tier service, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Collaborate directly with ownership on marketing and growth initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience)
