What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at Yokoso Japanese Cuisine?
Looking for (preferably) an experienced sushi chef pay DOE and competitive.
Knowledge in breaking down whole fish from tuna, snappers, sea breams, jacks, ajis, salmons, flukes, soles etc. as well as handling live shell fish.
Experience in nigiri, sashimi, chirashi, including correct plating, cuts and weights
We hand lay our rice, make our sauces in house, and work as a team.
