Support the organization in achieving annual HSE goals and strategic plans Maintain and improve the HSE management system across all North American sites Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, ISO, etc.) Maintain documentation and records in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards Lead and facilitate the Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA) system, including root cause analysis and reporting Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities Provide HSE training and promote awareness to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility Collect, analyze, and report HSE metrics and KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HSE improvement plans Maintain and manage Risk Management and Management of Change (MOC) programs Serve as a liaison with vendors, suppliers, customers, and representatives on HSE matters Support customer-specific HSE programs and audits Replicate and standardize best practices across all North American facilities Perform other duties as assigned Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
