Your role as SalesForce Software Solutions Specialist:
- Implements technology agnostic solutions that adhere to Enterprise Architecture roadmap/standards.
- Works on multiple tasks simultaneously and produces high quality products while adhering to the PDLC.
- Partners with Enterprise Architecture to define the solutions and realizes architecture blueprint into solution components with a focus on business benefit/value.
- Provides technical guidance to Associates and Engineers, including hands on development of complex applications based on reference architecture.
- Contributes to development and evolution of the Community of Practice.
- Plays a lead role in shaping strategy for the Squad and Product/Platform.
- Demonstrates strong innovation, influencing, negotiating skills, and strategic agility with a vision for the future and the associated strategy.
- Mentors Developers and Engineers (e.g., Player-Coach); leads by example.
- Brings a strong cross-disciplinary view to support the T-Model.
- Stays abreast of new and emerging technologies, software development tools, and frameworks.
- Direct experience in the Salesforce technical development/implementation covering Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience (community sites); and integrating with enterprise systems
- Agile mindset to collaborate with the product owner, technical platform owner, and squad members throughout product development life cycle to deliver product features rapidly
- Extensive experience in configuring out of box features, Custom Objects & Fields, Validation Rules, Visual Workflow, Reports/Dashboards and CRM analytics (preferred)
- Deep hands-on experience to design and develop sophisticated technical solutions in the platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lighting/SalesForce flow, Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and implementing complex Security models
- Experience with responsive design web development with HTML/CSS,JavaScript, React/Angular
- Experience in deployment promotion using Flosum (preferred) or equivalent CI/CD tool across various environments dev, qa, and prod
- Experience in writing technical/enabler user stories, documenting technical specifications and platform-specific component diagrams
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, perform in-depth configuration/code reviews and ensure design and coding are adhering to security and architectural standards
- Salesforce Platform Developer or higher certification is needed
