I am working with a client that is looking for an IT Implementation Solutions Analyst. This position is located in Irving. Here are the details.

• Gather and provide feedback from multiple locations to the IT Product Owners on potential new features and/or enhancements.
• Present at division, region and forecast meetings to provide updates on IT solutions and solicit feedback on future system enhancements.
• Subject matter trainings with a variety of audience members.
• Assist with the development of training materials when a new version of the ERP system is deployed
• Identify technology and business model problems and assist in developing solutions
• Assist with rollout of new features
• Develop relationships with all levels of employees at multiple office locations to understand their needs and challenges
• Work with the product development lifecycle of all product teams
• Assist in enhancing the product development lifecycle implementation and efficiency at the Service Center.
