This is an entry-level role—no prior experience required. Candidates will receive full on-the-job training. You will assist with assembling and disassembling wire rack units, organizing components, and preparing materials for palletizing. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assemble wire rack units using basic hand tools and visual work instructions Disassemble completed racks and prepare components for palletizing Stack, organize, and secure components onto pallets Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks while maintaining consistent quality Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for full 8–10 hour shifts Lift up to 40 lbs. as needed Perform repetitive hand and arm motions Comfortable working in a light industrial/warehouse environment Estimated Min Rate : $14.00 Estimated Max Rate : $14.00 What’s In It for You?
