Systems Analyst - Onsite, Durham, NC
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between business, product, and development teams to interpret complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Lead systems analysis efforts for various projects, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals.
- Support the release management process, coordinating activities and managing interdependencies across teams.
- Drive team performance through metrics, promoting continuous improvement and agile best practices.
- Play a proactive role in fostering an innovative, collaborative, and inclusive culture that aligns with Fidelity's values.
- 17 years of systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering, systems design, SQL, and data mapping.
- Proven experience supporting Workplace Investing and Defined Contribution initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Ability to partner effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work in the US and W2 employment status.
- Prior experience with Fidelity or similar financial services companies.
- Leadership skills with experience managing complex projects or teams.
