Senior Systems Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Systems Senior Manager is responsible for the maintenance of day-to-day data in Oracle and other business critical systems. As a teaching role, the Supply Chain Systems Senior Manager will conduct new hire training along with upgrade training. Working cross-functionally with various internal teams, the Supply Chain Systems Senior Manager will be responsible for implementing patches and enhancements to systems while ensuring systems are GxP compliant.
* Supports the commercial supply chain planning team through maintaining Systems such as Oracle, Rapid Response or similar and reporting tools
* Partners with the Data, Technology and Engineering organization on new system implementation and system enhancements
* Assists with report generation and system improvements
* Contributes to ensuring Supply Chain systems and processes remain GxP compliant as appropriate
* Sets up and maintains master data such as Resources, Routings, Sourcing rules, Item Master, Formulas and Recipes
* Sets up and maintains data and resources within Kinaxis Rapid Response
* Provides training and documentation on systems
Assists with test script development and execution to support enhancement and regression testing requirements
Proactively offer solution ideas and potential business process enhancements to drive efficiencies and improvements
Document business processes related to systems functions and procedures
Coordinate and conduct regression testing for OPM upgrades and security patches
Troubleshoot data corruption issues when users encounter and resolve them
Act as single point of contact for OPM users outside of SCP (Finance, Accounting, Production, Quality)
Design testing and set up test data for OPM Financial updates and business expansions such as new orgs and or product line introductions.
